Welcome to our October Construction Update for Troika Living.
We’re excited to share the latest progress on all of our properties currently under construction. Take a look at where each site stands as we continue to build modern, vibrant living spaces for our future residents.
/285 DOUGALL: Completion: 60%
285 Dougall is leading the way with 60% construction completion! The building framing is finished, and final roofing components are not far behind. Windows are installed, and decking work is well underway. In the coming weeks, we’ll begin installing siding and patio doors. On the interior, our water system and fire suppression are fully operational. Once the roof is watertight, electrical work will begin, followed by insulation and drywall installation.
/500 ASHER: Completion: 40%
At 500 Asher, we’ve reached 40% completion! The remaining foundation concrete work on the north side is nearly wrapped up, while framing for the level 2 walls on the south side is in progress. Did you know? The 500 Asher project consists of two separate buildings under the building code. Framing of the north side is scheduled for late October, and will continue throughout the winter months.
/1110 LAWSON: Completion: 10%
1110 Lawson is making steady progress and currently sits at 10% completion. The majority of offsite work is completed, including connecting stormwater, sanitary, and water systems to the building. Electrical utilities are next in line to be brought to the site. In the parkade, our crew is halfway through constructing the walls and columns. Based on current progress, we’re on track to begin framing the building in January!
